It should. Mind you that the car's mileage is kept inside the gauge.

dont see whynot? you'll need to take it to the dealer to get it reset for your mileage tho. IDK how much that would cost tho?

it would work (at least a 05 in an 06.. i tried it.. lol) but yeah the mileage thing.. iono however it they would be able to reset it, since the data is indeed stored in the gauges themselves, and you already drove your set, if they reset the new one to 0, itll be really off, might hurt something, and i think i heard it was illegal to reset it somewhere. .lol

If you order a new one, they program it at Toyota, not the dealer. I dont think the dealer can do them, so they have to ship it out to Toyota.

the gauges need to be programmed by Toyota themselves at the factory.. no dealership can do them.

you can't ship out gauges to be reprogramed either, i believe... from what it looks and i've seen... you need to order a completely new gauge and tell them the mileage.

there is alot of paperwork as well as legal things involved.

what are you thinking?

If you just mean plug and play, I think have installed an 07 cluster into an 06 before I had my test bench and it worked fine... Well lit up perfectly anyways.
