Hey everyone, well just a quick question, is it safe to paint the grill with Krylon fusion BLACK spray paint?? because i was thinking of just sanding it down, putting on some primer, than spray painting it, so It'll stick more better.. would save me some money from going to the SHOP :P I've heard a guy say he painted his one time, but cant remember how he did it, anyone know of this guy?? thanks...

I'm not trying to be rude but last night your posting out BBist pieces and some VERY expensive wheels and now your posting about spray painting your grill.

Please either spend money on your xB to make it look good or don't bother. A spray painted grill and one (3 piece) wheels would look so very odd to me, maybe not you.

We're all different, just voicing my opinion.

if she had been, it could only be because she doesn't know you, and hasn't seen your car.

 Krylon  Most Krylon spray paints aren't the best for automotive exterior use. If you can find Duplicolor spraycans in the color you want....they work pretty darn well....these are automotive grade paint. Certainly prime and sand first with automotive grade primer (Duplicolor primers would be best with their paints).. SEM is a brand that is also very good for exterior automotive spray can products...their trim black holds up very well (use it all the time on the black part of doors by windows etc). There is no reason that you can't get a very nice job from a spray can on something the size of a grille as long as you use the right product...yeah krylon cheepo spray paint will work and may even look good but for how long??? Not long if it isn't automotive grade.

Please tell your friend to save a few dollars and instead of buying sand paper, primer, and spray paint - buy a grill offa E-bay or something.

There are so many options out there and they don't have to be $$$$$$$$.

It just pains me to know someone who types like a four year old supposedly has all this money for wheels, body kits, bags, paint jobs, Playstation Threes, and trips to Amsterdam.

That is all I'm done.
