I have read numerous topics and was just wanting to confirm that the Monroe 71575 Strut WILL lower the car another 1/2" or so.

Does anyone have pix of these installed with DF210's or a 2" drop?

Thanks!
Keith

If you look in the mid-south forum there is a new post for QC shoot by Spider13. The RS3 is on df210's and has the Monroe's installed about a week.

They lower another 1/2 inch because the distance from the lower mounting bolts are closer to the spring mount resulting in the additional drop. Depending on what springs are used this shouldn't be too much of an issue.

I have the DF210's and am actually looking for more drop without springing for CoilOvers.

Thanks

You'll get more drop in front so be prepared for the extra 1/2 inch of rake. No biggie.

Yeah i think I can take the back down a little bit more by taking out the rubber spacers that sit between the spring perch and the spring its self. Hopefully that will allow about another 1/2" drop all the way around.
