Crazy Rumor
So there I was at work the otherday right watching the news when I heard something about toyota passing GM as the new auto giant. There was talk about them Expanding scion to Europe. I assume there will be changes to the E-spec versions but I was just wondering if anyone had heard anything of the sort? I may be dead wrong but it do not hurt to ask

The Toyota Hilux was one hell of a truck. They still have it... I think our version of it is the Tacoma.
I don't think anyone makes cars like that anymore, though. Cars have become disposable commodities... no one is going to keep their Toyota for 20 years, no matter how much they love it. Times have just changed. Whether that's good or bad, I'm not really sure.

The Hi-Lux is still in heavy use in places like Afghanistan. That's a tough bastard of a truck.
But yeah, GM has been in financial trouble for quite some time. It doesn't surprise me that Toyota would surpass them. Toyota has been having some quality issues lately though, which is weird for the company. Also, GM is moving into China...we'll see what happens there. Check Car and Driver this month, there's something about Chinese cars in there. There's even a car called the "Great Wall Coolbear" that looks amazingly like a Scion xB.

And I'm not selling this car. Ever. So I'm guessing she'll be alive for quite some time
