Default After turbo installation, having trouble codes

I just finish installing the following in my XB:

Greddy Turbo Kit w/ TF035-14GK Turbo
> >> >> > -Intercooler
> >> >> > -28.8lb (303cc) injectors
> >> >> > -Custom Shimmed Walbro 255 in-tank fuel pump
> >> >> > -Return Fuel Line w/ Aeromotive Fuel

> >> >> > -Perrin Fuel Rail
> >> >> > -Iridium Plugs
> >> >> > -Haltech E6X ECU
> >> >> > -Clutch Masters Stage 3
> >> >> > -Turbo Gauge
> >> >> > -AEM Custom Cut Cold Air Intake
> >> >> > -2.5" exhaust and muffler

Now I am getting the following trouble codes:
the lights engine trouble, VSC and Track Off are on, I am getting the following codes
P0101, P0102 and P0110.
The shop that installed all of this equipment told me tha I am getting P0101 and P0102 because the O2 sensor was hooked up to the new haltech
and getting the P0110 because since the turbo was installed the whole parameters on the engine have change and not to worry.

Any ideas, suggestions, is the shop right?

Thank you for your help.

Do you know how they have the Haltech wired in?( is it controlling the entire fuel curve from idle to full throttle)

Is the O2 sensor not wired to the factory ECU anymore or is the Haltech just spliced in?

I am sorry I can not give you anymore details about the installation but It was done by a shop in Texas called Alamo Autosports, they are in Arlington, TX, and they number is (817)-860-4300
the haltech is strapped onto the factory
ecu, and the serial cable for the haltech is in
the glove compartment.
02 sensor is now plugged into the haltech.

Hmm interesting. They have been around along time. I am not going to "question" how or why a shop would do things, but if you can find out some more details, I am sure we (the people of this forum including myself) can help you.
