well i got the letter in the mail today for the airbad recall, and these are the gifts they are offering. dont know if this has been posted yet but here is a screen shot i took of the gifts.

i have the red jada from the sunroof recall, and no need for another toy, i have no laptop, so i went with a bag. well its something small you could carry on a plane and looks preety cool.

 

Is this recall only for select model years?

 

I wouldn't think of it as a free toy. IIRC this only affected side impact air bags, something if you closed to door too hard they would go off. I remember side air bags being something I dont see the need to pay for. But I think it is sweet that Scion offers gifts to keep us happy with recalls. Probably to keep us from talking about them. But then again people ask where you got that sweet miniature from and you're like "oh yea, recall" starts to make you wonder. DON'T quote me on this being for the side airbag equiped cars only, I know nothing about the recall.
