i can't really come up with a good answer for those stupid easy questions lol

the correct answer, I hope, is "well".

Try, "It's a total blast, you should buy one..."

When someone asks "How is your car running?"

Try something like pointing at the front and saying, "I think it has something to do with this end, but I keep putting the gas in the other end. I have no idea how it gets up here. All I know is that making it move has something to do with this little metal thing. (Indicating the key in your hand)

And to answer "How do you like your car?"

Try something like this. Put a very innocent look on your face and say "I SWEAR it's not like that. We're just friends and stuff. I mean, Yeah I drive it, but it's completely platonic. I like it a lot, but I don't LIKE IT LIKE IT.

It's one possibility I guess. :) I think those would be fun answers. Or you could go with "Run's good." and "Like it fine." :)
