Will 20's fit on the box. Or is there some cutting and grinding you have to do in order to avoid rubbing?

Crispyxb 01-31-2007, 05:06 PM Yes they fit with a 215/30/20 tire and fenders rolled 1sicbox 01-31-2007, 05:38 PM Thanks. Seems like alot of work to roll the fenders. I know some folks her on scionlife can do it. Might be easier to get 18's or 19's even. I was thinking of getting rid of my 17's. Thanks for feedback dskinner 01-31-2007, 05:41 PM We had sold about 5 or so sets of 20s on an xB. Stopped because customers were complaining about the ride and how easy it was to destroy them (from Tucson's less than stellar roads or from curbs). Pick a good set out and they'll look awsome. moonray 01-31-2007, 06:52 PM I know that ZIPP has 20's on his but I don't how trimming he had to do. randode 01-31-2007, 08:15 PM I know that ZIPP has 20's on his but I don't how trimming he had to do. was that your buddy's? If so, it only rubbed at full lock. If its a problem, you can relieve the inner fender with a sledge :nails: keoki 02-01-2007, 04:54 AM Nothing a hammer can't fix  moonray 02-01-2007, 01:10 PM I know that ZIPP has 20's on his but I don't how trimming he had to do. was that your buddy's? My opinion is the wheel wells are too small for 20's but 18's on the other hand are more proportioned to the wheel wells on the box and look awesome. But thats just my opinion :P randode 02-02-2007, 09:18 PM I dont think 20's fit properly on a dropped box. Thepmala 02-05-2007, 12:33 AM I absolutely agree! Traffis deffinately sucks. I have 18's on mine and I think they are fine. 20's would be way too much trouble for me. Hey guys, I know this is off topic but I was looking at the ceiling of my car and saw the pile of dust I have accumulated from from the last 2 years, I suppose keeping my windows down while driving. How would I clean it with out rubbing the dust into my fabric? |
