Has anyone ever done this?? Ive heard a few people on here say that they have spray painted their lipkits... JW how it turned out...
I spray painted mine, with a spray gun and professional automotive materials. I suppose you could spray can them as well but I have never seen spray can primers and finishes that would hold a candle to the materials I use on a day to day basis in the body shop.....possible exception some semi gloss SEM trim and bumper paints.
since you have an RS3, i bet it would look cool with a semi gloss black rattle can job. just lots of even coats in a dust free and well venelated garage. or wind free driveway.
but if you want it done the right way, you gotta pay the right way :-P
