Pretty cool... how obvious is the flashing when the headlights are on?

 

So are your halos the turn signal now?
And is it noticable enough with the headlights on?

 

its noticable, but not that noticeable... i might just hook the bulb back up to it as well

 

Probably a good idea, especially in the event a cop is oposite you at an intersection. In my previous car my turn signals were green for a while, until a cop saw them. He made me swap the bulbs out right there on the street and gave me a ticket for improper equipment.

 

i have already been in that situation twice... neither time did the cop look twice at me...

glad the majority of my commute is during the day..

 

I cant load the video, so you just tapped the LEDs into both the turn signal power wires?

 

just the pulsating one...

looks cool! depending on some states, thats perfectly legal. if the halos are "white". they look blue to me.

but hook up the ambers too and it would look killer. or have the halos alternate with the turns

im going to have the bumper off on wed night, so im gonna reattach the amber to blink as well.....

but making them alternate when they flash would require another relay, morewires, and a little luck... but i cant say that it is something that i havent thought about

 

so how is it with the headlights on? i know with my lights, the headlights basically drown out the halos so they are pretty much not visible.

with the headlights on, you can only view the inner halo. the outer halo is drowned out w/ the HID's
