can i borrow anyones stock scion headunit (any year but would prefer 06) until i can get money for a new one?

as some of you kno my car got broken into last weekend while i was visiting my gf. and insurance is gonna cover everything. the catch, i have to pay my 500$ deductable :( and i wont have that money for a while. so ill be w/o a radio until then. and as most of u know i <3 my music :P and it would mean a lot to me if someone who has an a/m deck could loan me their stock radio for the time being.

maybe even if someone had the scion ipod headunit who got a better one :lalala: :silly:

Sure; mine's still sitting in a box. I had my new one installed by Tweeter so I don't know what they did with the screws, but they at least gave me the brackets.

well the theives just broke the radio i had in there out so the bolts and screws are still there... is it the regular scion one or the ipod on? another guy in the ma thread told me if he gets his indash one i could borrow his ipod one. that would be ideal for me cus the stole my cds too :( all i have left is my ipod.

ah, ok. Mine was the regular one, just CD / MP3CD.

to be honest cus i dont have any cds left. i think ill wait for him. would u care if i waited? sorry i dont mean to be a d!ck or anything, it would just be more convient if i had the ipod connection
