I have and Xb and my break pedal arm and gas pedal arm shake side to side, not much, about 1/4 inch each way, but it shouldn't be shaking side to side at all, my friends car is 20y/o and it doesn't do that. Does anyone else have the same problem? If so did you fix it? I'm gonna have the dealer ship check it out when i get my oil changed in the next week or two. I'll keep you posted.

 

are you saying it has some give or it actually vibrates when you are driving? I'll check my xA in a few minutes and post later

 

mine has some left to right play on the brake and clutch pedals, about a quarter inch as well. but i haven't done anything about it cause i kinda thought i was being hypersensitive about it (i tend to i guess) but now that its been reconfirmed i'll have it checked by a dealer when it next goes in.

 

well i noticed it about 2 weeks ago when i drove bare foot to pick up my girlfriend from work and the pedals felt weird so when i got out i looked at my pedals and found the arm of each pedal shook left to right, and i never noticed it before when i drove bare foot.
