The rough sketches and eye witness' descriptions around web matches it very closely..

It has sharp crease on the shoulder. The Headlight sweeps back... The Solid C-pillar... The rear looking a lot like Mazda 3 as described by the witness..(i have included actual Mazda 3's rear end photo on the bottom)

Only difference is the roof texture and front nose area.... The scion Xd may get new skin for the nose and roof top skin to differentiate from Japanese market....
You can almost imagine the shape of drapping logo from hood similar to U.S. Camry.

We've already discussed the Toyota Blade, it is not the xD. Real pics will be up tomorrow in the xD picture thread.

the shape is similar but the hood of the xd curved down and around the scion emblem and the rear is more straight towards the back i do remember that and it looked way better than this. just hang on for a few more days
