I've been waiting for what seems like an eternity. I loved the first one. Best game. Ever.

I heard somewhere (IGN maybe?) that GoW2 is roughly twice as long as the first.

Some Gamestops get the game on release day while other bigger companies, like best buy and circuit city get them a day after. This all happens because they ship em out on the release date usually which takes over night to get to the stores.

Ya, there definately will be a 3rd god of war for the ps3, it's already been announced. It'll use the sixaxis controller as well. I cannot even begin to think what type of awesome features they'll put in for part 3.

oh man the new weapons and moves in gow2 are crazy

I've made a committment to myself...I will not buy gow 2 until i beat gow1 on god mode. Last night, I beat the Hades level and i'm about 1-2 hours away from beating the whole thing. I'm dreading the kratos clones tho. That might be the only thing that's gonna frustrate the crap outta me. But this all might just be an excuse for me to not spend 50 bucks for the game right now.

the clones are easy, just use the shock move and hack and slash anything that gets close to you,

i beat gow1 on all modes, its easier when you beat it on a lesser mode cause u already know what to do

yeah I never officially beat GOW1 cuz like ^^^^ the damm clones always ALWAYS beat me..

but I still bought GOW2 and damm its awesome....one thing that I love having those special moves in the begining and then I was stripped of them.

the effects are awesome...the detail and all is just superb(sp?)

he will throw you into a building far away and youll land in a room of water, behind one of the shades there is 2 naked women(you have to break the shade to see them) then you can have a sex mini game lmao

Well, I usually rent games that i'm not familiar with and don't have any intention to buy at first but with GOW2, I KNOW i wanna buy this game so I don't wanna spoil it by beating it while it's rented and and not having it as mine. I know, haha, it sounds weird but that's just how I roll.

I'm still working on part 1 on godmode. In pandora's temple currently. But my roomy got GoW2. He couldn't beat the fatty gorgon on godmode so I had to beat that and a few other things for him. I don't want to start my own game yet until I beat part 1 and the challenge of the gods though. I just LOVE some of the finishing moves in part 2. There's just something very satisfying about tearing someone's arm off and beating them to death with it...

Right now i'm going against Ares in God mode and it's ____ing me off A LOT. To the point to wher eI almost threw my controller through the window. I'm dreading the finale. Hopefully i'll be done with it by the end of this week and then next week comes spring break. Maybe then, i'll get GOW2. Woo woooo!

I finally got God of War 2 during the weekend, my cousins got it for my birthday. I just beat gow 1 in god mode, haha. It ____ed me off cuz my game kept freezing somewhere in between the last 3 battles with ares and the clones. And I didn't want to start part 2 without beating it in god mode. So, today i'm gonna start kicking some ___ in GOW2.

yeah, i believe GOW1 is supposed to be the first dual layer ps2 game. and unless your ps2 isn't "quirky", then you will have probs. I had to borrow a friends ps2 to play it after i bought it

Just finished it today. I plan to go back and redo everything tho since i went thru it kinda fast. I was short on time, so me and my friends just went thru the game very quick and i didnt c a big part of it, but it was still great, cant wait for the 3rd one!
