von dutch pinstripes?
Its an intricate style of pin striping started by a guy out here in California in the 50s who went by the name of Von Dutch. Its suddenly gotten popular again.
Here's a quick sample:

von dutch is an og hot rodder,
his name was put onto a clothng comp and now it has blown up, and no one has any clue what it actually means, kinda sad
but that style opistiping is best done by an oldtimer, some new kids can do it pretty well, but there is nothing like an old timer pinstriping, its serious art

More subtle than what you are probably looking for. I went with a single color (small car, small effects so to speak).
