so let me explain the story here. i ordered the v spoiler from viniati.com in november of 2006. i received the spoiler two weeks later and immediately took it to my body shop to have it painted. now you have to keep in mind this body shop was filled with cars like mercedes and jaguars that were all getting work done. plus the guy who owns it is good friends with my father and always gives us great deals. He primered the spoiler and baked it just how he was supposed to but the spoiler had inconsitencies and some nicks on it. he told me i should send it back and he would charge me for the primering. so i sent the spoiler back on december 4th of 2006. ladies and gentlemen it is february 8th of 2007 and i still have not received my refund check. one of the first times i called up, one of the representative was all set and ready to go to court with me over 166 bucks. don't do business with these people. there product is horrible and their customer service is even worse. they have been jerking me around for two months now and now my father is having his lawyer draft a letter. this is all for 166 dollars. dont do business with this company. there trouble.

 

dude, sorry about that. i for one am all about customer service, and treating people poorly after a sell is not the way to retain customers. i hope you get everything worked out. believe me, from reading all these threads on this shady @ss merchants, i think i am definitely going to be researching the companies before i purchase anything.

yep. just got through posting on one with a similar issue. horrible customer service, it's a shame the lengths people have to go to just to get something done, when it should never come to that in the first place.
