but it's not necessary to own a car in Hong Kong. If you live west of the Mississippi or south of Maryland, it's practically a neccessaty because public transportation is the pitts.

yeah its plentiful here in the NE but like NC, all you have is a city bus then in other places in the county, you have nothing.
