Default HKS hanger question...

Ok, so I bought my HiPower used and I PMed the guy to ask him but in the meantime I figured I'd ask you guys...

For the middle hanger where you have to bolt on the thing to hold the hanger... I don't have anything that resembles a rod that the hanger would go on... I have 2 black L-shaped things and 4 of these... hard to explain things, but they have a T-shape at one end and they slide into a slot (that has a circle in the center) and then turn so they don't slide back out.... I have a feeling those are not what I need, so... any help?
