I went to the Philadelphia Auto Show today and started checking out some of each car company, then i stopped by the Scion booth. I just got my 2007 FM tC 5speed last wednesday so this is my first post. The guy I first talked to asked me about how I felt about Scions and I explained that i just bought one last wednesday so he says "Give me one second...", so he comes back with a keychain, hat, light up necklace, t-shirt, cell phone sock and a t-shirt saying "here you go, welcome to the family". I was in shock after this because ALL of the other car companies basically showed me no respect and only one said anything to me.

Just wanted to share this because I am very happy to be a part of this forum and the Scion Community :D

My xB is the 4th car ive owned. and this one i feel has given me more back than any ever before.. . anything from scion night at Knotts scary farm. to the trip i win to go to miami to see the new xB & xD and ludacris live just for us.. .. show some love and park next to other scions in parking lots.. its fun! .. esp when people come out and theres 10 cars lined up around thiers .. enoy your car!

well..i am definately happy with the tC....i was looking at a RSX-Type S, but i figured i would save my money and get the turbonetics kit for the tC

 

That's pretty cool. The guy at the AJC auto show here in Atlanta didn't seem to have a clue what he was talking about. I had to show the people in the booth how to fold the rear seats flat because he couldn't figure it out.

well at the Phila auto show there was 2 different booths for Scions, one with the TV commercial Scion's and the one that was with the latest release series xA, the RS4 xB and a FM tC with LED tails, pedistal spoiler and a few other mods...both booths were awesome because of the people...weird that the atlanta show had not-so-knowledgable Scion reps.

 

ahh thats just the beginning. i remember getting the light up key chains back in the day.
once you're really part of the scion family you get back rubs with a reach around and a happy ending.

 

well.. for certain auto shows..

they hire from like a modeling agency (for... ohhhh so pretty people...) and then give them a crash course on Scion knowledge..

so you have those guys, mixed in with a few actual knowledgable people that work there..

and read one post up for what the scion booth babes give long time owners as a gesture of customer appreciation.

just good looking individuals with a friendly face.. male and female.

but yeah... if you meet or find any of them.... sure...

only cool thing is the recall model tc that most of us got.

i got scion life stuff from darren when i helped him on the toyota project,

when they had the scion invasion something came up and i couldnt go

but my freind got me 2 autographed posters from chris rado, wrist band, cloth thingy

and a blk hat, but my grey hat is my fav hat, its the ultra fit style

 

i'm going to the philly show tonight .. wonder what cool gifts i'll come home with. haha.

ACass...make sure you bring your keys with you...they want to see your key in order to get the stuff

 

if you're in Ohio, Premier Scion is always doing stuff. Like for the Cleveland Auto Show, Scion owners can register at their website and everyone gets a free ticket to the Auto Show, t-shirts, free food and a free carwash if you arrive in a Scion. Pretty sweet deal, then we're all gonna drive down to the venue
