firstly im pretty much past the sports car/boy racer phase now. i havent modded my tc in over a year. I've been pretty active lately in snowboarding, camping and recently paintballing. so i need more room and with the possiblity of off roading as well. dont really care much about gas since i never really got good gas mileage in the tc anyway.

im in love with the new FJ cruiser. I saw a Special TRD badged one on the road recently and i was in awe how beautiful it looked. i like how it performs off road right off the dealer lot. i like the simplicity of it.

the price range is 23k-30k with the TRD Special Edition package at 7k. local dealers are selling the SE for like $31-33k OTD

i was thinking of trading my tc in for it but i wanted to see if theres anything else i should really seriously consider. can anyone else reccomend what i should consider as well?

 

what about a truck like a tacoma? or tundra

Do it! The FJ is sick! I would take that over everything out right now! Hummer H2, H3, Escalade, Tacoma, anything... I want an ice cream truck so bad! Get it! Now! Do it! SERIOUSLY!

 

Its a great vehicle like any toyota, only cons are : 17 mpg, visibility isnt the best thats about it, all together its very conmfy and roomy, you'll probally be happy.
