Got my new header back system from Precision Muffler today. Gonna be installing hopefully this weekend...... will post pics of install and sound clip once done

 

how much did it run you? ive been interested in a header back for a while now.

Well got the system installed today. After a few bloody knuckles and an hour or so, here it is: The sound clip is a link below, and the tone is deeper in person (video off my digi camera not so good).

i can't believe you had it in gear when revving and still on the jack stands, kind of dangerous....sounds great though.

 

Dude just to let you know with a manual transmission even when you are not in gear the wheels will turn slightly if both the front tires are off the ground, if you notice the wheel isn't turning in conjuction with the engine revs. You actually think I'm THAT STUPID!!


But hey thanks for the props!! Yea Stylis knows his **** . The butt dyno definitley notices a difference. Anyone interested in a header-back system NEEDS to PM Stylis. Just tell him the engine mods you got and he'll design a system for you!!!

Dude, you did a great job on the install! And the sound will go deeper after about a week of driving. The computer will adjust itself for the gain, so get ready for it. :D

Very nicesystem! I just recently got sponsored a full cat back exhaust with Magnaflow...I agree, the sound clip does not do it justice! Sounds much deeper in person...Congrats and enjoy the new sound...I did not know about the computer acknowledging the change and adjusting to it...That is COOL...Also, I DEFINATELY noticed a power gain...
