Default ScanGauge II

How happy are you with it? How accurate is it when compared to your own math during fill ups? Info appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well.. the mpg part is just a little feature of the tool. It is really made for a lot more than that. I havent used one other than playing around with one after swapping leds on someones, but I have yet to see any type of mpg gauge that is super accurate, but it gives you an idea anyway.

i'm planning on getting this too. simple plug and play. it's low key and provides real time data you could actually use.

here's the site:

I don't use math so it works great! Plus the gauges are cool!

Also, if you have the original ScanGauge, you can get a $30 discount. You'll have to call them though, and it's subject to verification.

You would have to do that direct through Linear-Logic though...

does anyone have any pictures of where they mounted their ScanGauge's in their cars? I honestly can't think of a place to make it a clean install in a tC. I do use the cubby hole so that isn't an option.

hopefully that isn't too off-topic...

you could have it mounted in the space between the vents and the head unit, but i prefer the cubby hole.

Just got mine today and it's bangin*. It's pretty accurate. Wondering about where to mount it. I have sirius s50 and i mounted it on the center console's right side. Sorta tilted towards me, it might look nice if I do the same to scan gauge. Opinions?

If you find a spot to put it, can you take pics so that we all can see?

I have the old one and it's sitting on my center dash. They have some aftermarket stuff on ebay that let's you mount it with the rearview mirror.
