hey guys. well here goes. my xb was shot by a paintball which left a residue that would not come out. i tried to wax it, wash it etc. my friend recommended that i use rubbing compound. im not familar with rubbing compound so i do not know how it works. i used the compound and when i wiped it off, it left white scratches in the paint, and it didnt even take out the residue from the paintball. i tried to wax out the scatches but its not working. does anyone know what i can do to get rid of them?

heres a pic.

Have you tried a high speed buffer?, ive never had any luck with rubbing compound. Anyways i had my car done at toyota, they buffed out some scratches and everything and in some spots i see a residue just like that! Sucks huh but i feel ya 8)

Just wondering why did they paintball your car? You could try scratch-x...it comes in a little tube it might work. If that doesnt work there is several scratch removers.

Your down on your luck man...first the crooked bB, then get hit by a paintball, now scratched the box...might be time to put you and your box in a plastic bubble!
