Default By Popular Demand, Five Axis tC Lip Kit Coming Soon

I already posted this here:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...asc&&start=100
but was afraid it got buried so, here it is as a new topic. Sorry for the redundency but just wanted to make sure ALL of you had a chance to see it. Thanks.......

ORIGINAL POST

Alright...the voices have been heard! WE WILL PRODUCE THIS KIT!

Before you start flooding my phone lines and/or email, PLEASE DON'T! Please ask all your questions HERE and I'll do my best to answer them so everyone can benefit.

The biggest debate was on the rear lip exhaust opening. Based on your initial feedback, we will go with a simplified lower rear lip that keeps the stock exhaust opening. Besides, I need something original on my car and the center exhaust will be it! PLEASE DON'T ASK IF YOU CAN HAVE A "SPECIAL ONE" MADE FOR YOU W/ THE CENTER EXHAUST. THE ANSWER IS

For those of you who did not see the orginal images, of the kit and car, here they are.

The ORIGINAL REAR, NO LONGER OFFERED.

PROPOSAL FOR NEW REAR

CLEAN, WITHOUT SPLITTERS

WITH SPLITTERS

give me your feedback....

PLEASE DON'T ASK ABOUT:
1. PRICING?
2. WHEN IS IT AVAILABLE?
3. HOW DO I GET ONE?

I will answer those questions as the info becomes more finalized.

I CAN TELL YOU:
1. MATERIAL: URETHANE
2. APPROXIMATE AVAILABILITY: SUMMER 07

As for the grill, that is my next project. YES, I'm looking onto manufacturing it! :D

OKAY, USING THE POLL, LET ME KNOW WHICH REAR LIP PROPOSAL YOU LIKE!
1. WITHOUT SPLITTERS?
2. WITH SPLITTERS?

Thanks,

What about the lower grille? Will the stock lower work for those that need one, or will you be making a lower that is recessed like the upper?

Submitted my vote, no splitters. The cleaner the better.

The front lip is so nice. I finally have another choice before buying a lip kit. Before seeing this one I was set 100% on the RS1. Still undecided of course seeing how the kit isn't finalized but definitely worth waiting to make a decision. Is anything going to be done with the side skirts???

Again, I'd like to say nice work with the lip kit so far

Even though I'm up for the clean look myself, I might have to sacrifice some of the sleeper look for my front mount intercooler in place of the lower grille. I hate to give yp my RS 1.0 grilles, at least I still have the upper one.

Will you offer the kit to be pieced out?
i.e.-If I want just a rear piece can I just buy the rear or will I need to buy the full kit?

HOW BOUT WE SUPPLY YOU WITH A LIFE SIZE PICTURE OF AN INTERCOOLER INSTEAD?

THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

STOCK LOWER GRILL WILL WORK FINE. THE LOWER FRONT LIP DOES NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR IT. MINE IS GONE CUZ I LIKE THE LOOK OF THE INTERCOOLER AND NOT THE LOOK OF THE FACTORY LOWER GRILL!

My opinion (even though I'm not a tC guy): the splitters are a little over the top and not so much my taste BUT I like that because that is what 5axxis has always been about, being a little over the top (from what I have seen). I think it's really awesome that this kit will be produced...I would totally rock it if I had a tC.

What do some of you guys think about the front lip on this one compared to the RS1.

The axis lip is growing on me the more I look at it. Nothing against you guys that like the splitters but the way this kit flows with the front, they have to stay off. Just my opinion of course.

No splitters

I don't usually care for splitters, but those are pretty subtle.
I voted for 'em. That lower part with the splitters would look really neat if it was wrapped in C/F.

I voted for clean although I would take either one of them. Clean lines all the way around on this kit. Great work!
