your car has plenty of power...ive got way more electrics stuff in my car that i've gotta juice up. id say since you dont have any aftermarket gear, take it to the dealership and let them have a look at it. i had a problem once and they just ordered me a brand new radio under warranty, fixed the problem outright.

Why is that? Would it matter that you have HID's installed ? Do they void any warranty?

its always better to not let the dealership know what you have if its aftermarket. hid's wont void the warranty. but if 2 years down the road you come in with an electrical problem, and they remember you had HID's, they'll try to play the "your HID headlights ruined the voltage throughout the electrical system" card. we all know they're perfectly fine, but the dealers freak on stuff like that.

i heard that those cheap HID drop ins can interfer with the sound system.

just another reason why you should not put that stuff in your car unless you plan on doing it the right way.
