Default X-2 Sideskirt help

i recieved the full abs dynamics lip kit for christmas and i got the front and back on that day. the side skirts are a different matter.

There wasnt any hardware included at all so i have no idea how to install it. i called the seller of the kit and they promised to work it out and mail me some hardware. i wait two weeks and nothing.

So i call back and they say its not their deal but they will call abs for me. again they tell me that some stuff will be mailed out.

Two weeks later and nothing. So this time i call abs and they say they dont know what i am talking about. they wont send me any hardware but instead tell me to go get some self tapping screws from the hardware store and throw it on there. any ideas on how i would do that? Also, what is the best way to get the oem skirts off?

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Side skirts are always installed by drilling into the car from the sides (wheel well)

No no. You sit the sideskirt on, and use some basic locking screws, drill through the end of the sideskirt, into the wheelwell.

Lets use this pic as an example. The green dots are where yo u would drill the screws.

I'm sorry but the new sideskirts should mount just like the originals. You should not have to drill holes in a new car!

Your drilling holes in your NEW car for an AFTERMARKET lipkit, not all aftermarket kits are perfect OEM fit...

You drill the screws on both ends, how would it sag?

In the middle between the ends. What holds it in place along the rockers. The part under the doors.

Nah the middle wont sag, unless it is made of rubber or something. If it does, run double sided tape along the inner edges, stick it on, then drill.

But still, it's solid fiberglass, it won't sag lol.
