here goes.....it's easy....take off the knobs for the tempurate control and the directional control (the ones on the left and right leave the middle one) for the heater/ac and u'll see two screws take them out and pull firmly don't worry it is supposed to just come out....u can pull hard it's okay

the at each corner of the radio is a screw, taek them out, being careful not to drop them use preferebly a magnetic ended screwdriver all these screws are phillips head and make sure u put the right screw back where they belong....the two for the console are small than the 4 for the radio...
