Island Motorsports made it I think... there are other companies who make them now, too... like 5 different colors... Check the sponsered sales section

Not to be a jerk or ruin someone's day, but I'm not familiar with silver carbon fiber, and to the best of my knowledge no such substance exists since carbon fibers are based off synthetic acrylics and graphite. What is displayed looks a lot like aluminized fiberglass, which is touted to be silver/titanium carbon fiber, but is in fact just a fiberglass and aluminum hybrid. It looks great, and it's expensive like graphite carbon fiber, but the strength properties are nowhere near the same as real graphite carbon fibers or even aramid Kevlar. It's intended design is for deflecting fire and heat, and aluminized fiberglass is used extensively in things like clothing for welders and fire safety equipment as used by firefighters.

It's an incorrect term. Carbon fibers are essentially long, thin chains of carbon molecules. Carbon fibers manufactured from carbon by using either polyacrylonitrile ("PAN") or coal tar pitch as the carbon source. The end result? Dark black/grey carbon fibers that you cannot dye or bleach. You can dye aramid Kevlar, but it's not carbon fiber either.

It's just the name people use...

bBist has this hood double sided...

Why doesn't any of the hoods have holes for the washer nozzles?

Why doesn't any of the hoods have holes for the washer nozzles?

Cuz they arent cool. 8)

if you wash your car on a weekly basis you dont need windshield squirters.

Anyways, the hood on Nilos ride is from Extreme Dimensions.
