I've had my XA for a month now, and everytime I look at it, I get anxious to drive it. But then I see the stupid Dealer sticker. You know, the one that says the dealer and the location. I understand the point of them, but they're always ugly. I was wondering if anyone had some good tips on taking them off. I think it's just a normal stencil sticker, but does anyone have some suggestions to not hurt my car by taking off pointless advertising? :?

although this doesn't directly address your question about how to get the sticker off, i wanted to provide a simple head's up for future buyers:
-i had a tC on order and was concerned about the dealer sticker, so i asked the sales guy to *not* have the sticker put on (because i would just try to remove it)
-i was happily surprised upon delivery to see that the dealer sticker was not there!!

in case you are about to purchase, make sure to ask!!

 

I feel bad for the grunts who put them on..because I took them off ASAP... I used my fingers/nails to takeoff the vinyl, then I washed the car...

I requested to not have mine on there either. the dealer was very happy to oblige

 

I got it, I just peeled them off. Man, I know hate anything to do with dealer stickers. It took me way too long to get that stupid thing off.
