Ok so ive had my TC since last summer (around june). About 2 weeks after I bought it I noticed there were 2 thin scratches down the door about 4-5 inches long, very thin. I thought maybe someone might have brushed up against it with a button on their jeans or somehting. :tap: Anyway its bsp and anyone who has it knows that the littlest imperfections stand out alot. What im trying to get at is whats the best solution to fixing this. Many people have told me that touch up paint can make it mre noticable than it already is. Let me know whats good and if possible about how much $ its gonna cost. thanks

SEARCH the maintenance section.
Sorry to hear about your car - that sucks.
There's a lot of good info there.

well if you try the touch up paint idea make sure its exceptionally clean then lay on the paint with a match, yes a match. Like from a book tear it out and use the little hairs on the end. Then buff it alot! then re apply then buff alot. then polish.

Clay bar and lots of elbow grease... look in the auto detailing section of your local car DIY store for the clay bar.

a clay bar doesn't take out scratches.....

Try using Scratch X or something of the like. You may have to go over the process a few times depending on the depth of the scratch.+

I am telling you, just let it be, as soon as you get that scratch taken care of another will come and so on and so fourth. I got a scratch on my bsp three days after it left the lot with 2 miles on it and it bothered me way too much, until i noticed the next scratch.

There will always be a$$ holes in parking lots and that will not change, just don't let it get to you your car is still sweet.

^^yea, careful with touch-up paint - alot of the time it can look a heck of a lot WORSE when applying it poorly. You've gotta be a pro with that stuff to make it look good!
