Default AP pulley but no power tools.

All I have is sockets, breaker bar, torch wrench and the new pulley. Have not been able to find instructions for installing it without air tools. Any recommendations on how to tighten and loosen the Pulley bolt.

when you install the pulley, try to get the bolt from the supercharger kit instead of the stock one, eventually the stock one will come loose, but the supercharger one wont.

if you have an auto you can do it with a breaker bar....leave the wheels on to break it loose, and on ground if you can...

mine was an auto, i had an electric impact, took a little while with some WD 40, but it came off

you can do it without power tools. you just need to use a strap wrench to hold the pulley and keep it from spinning. you need someone to help you though to hold the strap wrench, and then use a breaker bar to help you get the nut off.

a strap wrench costs about $12 bucks at sears.

if yu just hold the brakes with the car in gear, that will prevent the entire driveline from turning. doing this you'll need a couple of bricks to hold the pedal down and then you with a breaker bar working the pulley nut.
