Default aftermarket stereo installation guide needed

I couldn't find any DIY on the site so I figured I'd ask if anyone could tell me how to install an Alpine CDA-9857 into my tC.
I know I need a dash kit.
What else do I need other than the new cd deck??
Also a detailed description would be nice, cuz have no clue how to take the dash appart.
I changed the cd deck in my civic before, but that was waay easier.

thanx

If that doesnt help I recommend going to or calling Crutchfield.com They have install kits for almost every HU out there, and they are vehicle specific, even if you didnt buy from them, their customer service is top notch and is always willing to help.

I have the dash kit and wiring harness if you'd like it, although they come with it if you order from Crutchfield or Sonicelectronix.com, which I HIGHLY recommend as an alternative from Crutchfield.

If you're impatient and for some reason need it, shoot me a PM.

Great place. I got my HU from it, along with numerous tiny things such as spade terminals. My HU was $150 less than Crutchfield.
