Default What thread seal to use???

Hey guys...
im about to put in my turbonetics turbo and have been going over there instructions now i see that they use teflon thread seal during the install but from what i heard that isn;t the best thing to be putting in your engine so is this ok or do you recommend something else

Well on the oil lines dont use teflon. I used RTV silicone and on the oil lie its self you dont need anything because it has a built in o-ring inside.

It will mess up your turbo more then anything.
