Default House for Rent in Moreno Valley, California :)

Is another interested in renting a home? In Mo Valley? My parents have a nice one story, 3brm, 2 bath home for rent. It has a good size pool and a beautiful back yard. Its a quiet neighborhood on a cul-da-sac. If interested, pm me. We didn't like the present tenants so we are kicking them out. Once they are out, we are going to do some improvements. Its a nice home and all the schools are in walking distance.........5-8 minutes away depending on how fast u walk(elem, middle, and high school).

The area surrouding this area is under development. There is a Wal Mart about 10 minutes from the house and also a Greatland Target is being built as we speak........as well as Pac Sun and other countless stores. We are starting at $1900obo.......... or name a price.

Bringing this up from the dead. lol.

Anyone know anyone who wants to rent a nice home which is getting fix up, has a pool for those hot summer days. Its in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Its on a Cul-da-sac, so no traffic.

Oh one thing, the park is nearby and they have the K-Big fireworks display show on 4th of July, meaning u can see the fireworks right in the backyard of the home.

Bump.

PM me if interested.

Well, going down maybe 100 or 300.....its in a nice area and considering that every school is in walking distance...there is a park with baseball fields and coming this summer, Greatland Target, Best Buy, and other stores are going to be opening up. So yea, I think this is a steal. Its super peaceful.

I'll post pics. But its not in its prime stage. We are upgrading it since our last tenants trashed it up........damn dirty peeps. But yea, its going to look better than before.
