i cant get that damn bolt off on the passenger side. any1 with a header knows which 1. the tech page was no help with that bolt? any ideas????

check out the dc sports header install guide....forgot which one but he's got all the bolts labeled there

the bolt that hold the manifold to the engine? try useing some lube also try tighting it just a bit and then try to take it off ohh and member righty tighty lefty loosie but yea try tighting it just a bit to beak the lock hope it gose well ill be installing my megan header this saturday

u talking about that bolt that hids behind that metal piece in hte corner? if so u need a specific wrench that has like... a bent head to it..

the one thats #5 on the install page. the tech install wasnt a big help they said 12mm pen end and a hammer. didnt really work like i wanted it to

everything else was cake i just cant get that 1 damn bolt off. even went and got one of them sockets you can bend and it was no help. i also think i striped it a little doing all this so now i think ill take it to a shop and let them deal with it

u need this open head wrnech that has a bent head.. a socket would never fit in that small spot.. i tried looking for a picture of hte wrnech but couldnt find it... ill keep looking

ok i just installed my megan header i used a box 12mm wrench i put the box wrench on fist and then i used a 12mm socket with a i think its called a universal extension the extention just bends and it lets you put alonger extention on it i pushed on the rachet while a friend lossend it came off no problem i hope you under stand me, {i used the socket just to keep the box wrench to keep it in place and not strip the nut}
