Default Jusy installed Injen Short Ram

Ok guys...i was wondering..i have that ___ annoying whistle noise from the Injen Short ram,,,sounds like i have a turbo...which i dont...but wish i did..anyway...is there anyway to get rid of the whistle sound...i have read up..and some people say that if i put convert to the CAI it will go away....i am still weighing my options..if i cant get this whistle noise away i am going to sell the intake..i just bought it from Glor ( RS2)...but i was also looking to do either an injen Exhaust or a TRD...whatever is quiet, looks stock, and especially cheaper...let me know guys...im me if possible...i1ijoei1i

thanks

thats just what it sounds like.. youd have to mod the intake part somehow as the whistle is from the intake or air...

probably too much of a hassle, and dont worry most people I know wont confuse that with a spooling turbo..

the whistle i believe is the throttlebody. you can hear it on ur stock box too, the injen intake just makes it alot more audible.

^x2... I don't know how you would get rid of it. It is less noticable in CAI, but not really with the windows down. You can use some eDead for the windows up, but I think you're stuck with the whistle... Maybe a different brand of intake?

I was on the fence at first too but I've learned to love it.

you can get rid of it by adding more throttle. play around with it and you can either prolong the whiste or shorten it. other than that...get an exhaust thats louder

I love the sound too. Makes it sound like more of a sports car than it is! haha. The sound is just the intake sucking air in. Its a GOOD thing
