Default Well, bored with cold weather in Pittsburgh... (pics inside)

So the weather here has really sucked. I was bored last weekend and had nothing better to do and was sick of the grey interior pieces that seemed to match the weather outside. So I figured I needed to change that. All I had was some Drum and Caliper paint on hand so i figured, oh well, If I hate it i can always sand it off and try again later. Here is my final result at the point that I ran out of paint.

1st I painted my cold air ram

Then went into the interior and painted the center consol and AC *****

Then I moved onto the Drivers side window switch

And as the weather turned again I had just finished the xB logo and glued it to my dash. Need to get in there this weekend and clean it up

So, what is the verdict? Do you like or should I change it?

I got a few more things I would like to paint, just have to get the paint again. Also got other work going on (Yellow Cold cathodes all over to be installed, underbody kit, exhaust, and header) so it might have to wait. If I get more done I'll post it up.

BTW, thanks for the replys all. And no, it is a BSP xB superboxcarxb.

Im curious, why would you paint everything yellow if your car isn't yellow?? I think its a good idea, its been done before many times and once again it looks great, but why didn't you paint it the color of your car??

Well, in the pittsburgh area, all I have seen is the BSP with either red, blue, or green lights and nothing else. I started with yellow interior lighting and just stayed with the theme with the interior parts.

Why are these people complaining? Yellow cars use black accents, why can't black use yellow?

I think it looks great!

besides, you're near Pittsburgh, how could you not do yellow with the black?

Bad idea gluing that emblem to the dash. Good luck getting it off. It looks like you used Gorilla Glue.

LOL

Yea, and surprisingly no one else around has done that!! But really it started with yellow because no one that I knew had used yellow with black. The Steeler sort of theme just came along for the ride.

The yellow does look good. Are the cathodes in the back fastened down or just resting on your floor?
