Default Car Starts... Kinda

Well first I have an 05 TC, with a viper 771XV starter. Today I attempted to install some led's using a fuse splitter, and it blew the fuse, I tried 10 and the 15 fuses and both blew. The lcd's don’t work but that’s not the issue, I will try to do that a different way. My problem is that with my remote start I can turn the car on. The CEL is on but everything is working except the window control for the passenger window on the drivers side. When I turn the key to on (needed to drive) a lot less works. The radio, Center console, gauge lights, windows, sunroof, and wipers don't work. Also the car keeps running but to shift I have to use the button by the auto transmission, it's like a forced shift or something like that. I took the ecl fuse out, and removed power from the battery and neither worked. There appears to be no blown fuses and my handy work is completely removed. I just don't understand how blowing a couple fuses has turned my car against me. Any ideas would be great, I tried looking through the forums but apparently no one is as dumb as me. I don't need people telling me about how terrible my original idea is, trust me I know. There are lots of guys who know a ton and hopefully you can help me out. Thanks in advance.

Default More info

Well I noticed I didn't put what happens w/o the starter. If i turn the key to on, the car doesn't turn over or anything but the gas guage goes up and temp appears to be working too. I am going to have to take it in I am sure but if someone has any ideas that would be great. I kept the right fuses in the right spot, I didn't realize I could do this damage, I thought I would just blow a fuse. Can't say I feel to smart today.
