i have the 3 pulley set and i was wondering if i change the crank pulley back to stock, would i get any negative effects from the underdrive alt. pulley still on? or would it not really effect my charging system

there isn't an underdrive alternator pulley, it is an overdrive pulley. the potential negative side-effect is that you could burn out your alternator.

You should ask the experts who built your pulleys! AIM screen name NSTonAIM.

You can use their overdrive alternator pulley and the water pump pulley with a stock sized crank pulley and you will not have any problems. There are a lot of people around here doing that.
