Default good deal???

So i am new here. I just picked up an '07 tC auto. flint with fog lights, ped. spoiler, ipod radio, and metal pedals. It was technically a demo (titled by the dealer), so it only has 2,400 miles on it. I got it for $16,700. I was told it stickered for just over $19,000. This seemed like a great deal to me. It also qualified for new car financing because it's an '07. What do you guys think? I love it so far!

Congrats! I just hope nobody test drove it like they stole it.

me too. The salesman showed me that it was purchased in early Nov., he claims that it was only used for test drives for about the first 600-700 miles and then a salesman took it over as his demo in Jan. so hopefully there were no crazy winter test drives.

Well that's a pretty good deal...

Is there something wrong with test cars?

It only had 2k miles on it, barely broken in.

Its an auto, so testers couldn't of beat up on too badly. I would never buy a stick shift that was used as a tester!!!

I think it's a good deal. Mine was an '06 fully loaded with 6k miles and I got it for 15,999 out the door. It was 23K out the door new from the dealer, so pretty good deal. It wasn't a tester, but previously owned and well cared for.

I say congrats and just make sure you maintain the engine and it should last you a long time!

^^^ Are you speaking to me or the person above me?

If you are speaking to the person above me, then it doesn't matter if he said congrats on the "new" car. If you buy a "different" car from what you've had, and you'd like to tell someone else you bought a "different" car, you'd be saying "Hey, I got a new car." It's a new car to him...that was pretty ignorant if you were speaking to him.

Now if you were speaking to me, well I quoted that guy and it was his first post in the thread and he just posted a random number/price. So you couldn't have possibly been directing it towards me or else that would be VERY ignorant.

Anyways, no matter who you were directing it to, your post was pretty ignorant and stupid.
