But for real, you already managed to PURCHASE a $17000 car without knowing what kind of wheel horsepower it makes. Why do you care NOW?
You cant feel that precisely
There is debate on this because of the new SAE rating specs. But the only way to tell for sure is to run it on the same dyno as an 05-06 and compare. From the times I have seen mentioned on a track, they are pretty much the same though.
i know it just doesnt feel like 140 or what ever they say. i know the 07's have new stuff under then engine but i dont think it affects this part. but the engine just truly feels "faster" than the other ones i dunnno.

just because a car feels like it has more HP doesn't mean it does. My mom's Auto Concorde has more torque and more hp but it's alot slower then my tC, or atleast it feels slower.
ment felt like it has. ^^ Exactly. I'm saying that just because somthing has more HP doesn't mean that its faster. You can't just figure out how much HP a car has just by driving it around. Look at the Atom. Car has a turbocharged Honda Type R engine but does 0-60 in 2.3 seconds and the Bugatti Veyron does 0-60 in 2.4 sec. Just because a car is faster compared to another car doesn't mean it has more Power. The Atom is about 300 hp while the Veyron is 1001hp.
