Alright if there's one thing that has bugged me about the tC since I purchased it, its the blue color scheme that started and ended w/ the seats. No where else is there blue in the car, and whats more, Scion never offered an option to change it.

I'm on the verge of paying near un-askable, innapropriate prices to get some alcantara seat covers from the RS2 or RS3. I have yet to see an aftermarket option that fits the seats as well as the factory ones.

Call it ruining the apeal of the Release Series, but in my opinion, Scion goofed up when it never offered different seat fabrics as an option, something I know people like me would have definately dished out for.

So my request to all reasources available on this site, Help a brother out, has anyone tried or is there a way to get some Alcantara action?

 

Alcantara is still cloth... You can always go the Katzkin leather way. You get to pick and choose the colors and styles you want.

I believe it is the company that provided the RS2 and RS3 seatcovers for Scion, and it's a distributor of Alacantara fabric if you get a local upholstery shop to make a custom set.

 

well knowing the stealership, i would not not pay $2000 for alcantara
