i had my car slammed with 17" wheels, RS1 lip kit, and tein ss coilovers. i RARELY ever scrape here in SF. just take your time and angle like a b*tch!

your not trying to slam it and you dont want to run high with it. Put it at a hight that you would like and leave it? I say 1.3-4 all around then!

is there any reason why coilovers freaking bounce so bad on bumps and uneven roads? or is that a sign the springs are out of shape? I have a tein SS coilover. I set my dampening to standard (OEM set-up). Whenever I pass uneven road it tends to bounce... but on flat straight way it runs like a champ.

you are probably too low, and the suspension is too soft. but if you stiffen it, you arent going to want to drive your car on long trips, or over bad roads

take the car into a race shop and ask them to balance the car (by setting preload on each spring). since ride height is not independently adjustable with tein basics, this will give you the ideal drop for your car's weight.
