Hey, just wondering if the factory front end mask works as a bug deflector for the windshield too? I want something that is removable, not taped on.
Thanks,
Jason

Good question, I have the frint end mask. But sadly cannot tell you yes or no. It does kinda flips up, so I guess you could say that it could be a big defletor. But then again I have not been on any long trips with my Camo xB yet, so I cannot really comment as to if the mask deflects bugs.. I bought it with the same expectations you have, so lets just hope it does work as a deflector too. This is what I have to say to bugs...

Well here in oregon, We have theese lovely little bugs called Midges. You have to wash your car every couple of days because they have plasterd the front end. I bought the nose mask to help keep the bugs off the hood. To my surprise , the bra has a 1" flap that sticks up across the whole top edge.

I can tell you for a fact, that this 1" flap does help with the bugs. But unfortunetly for what ever reason it only helps the bottom 1/2 of the windshield.... The top half is plasterd with bugs, and the bottom half has very little bugs....

I got mine for 40 buck, and its way worth the investment...
