I am wanting to buy a new muffler for my car. I want to keep it under $500. Suggestions?

get the Precision Muffler axel back...only $275, sounds and looks great

 

just pick one you like the sound and look of the exhaust is going to do virtually nothing except make your card louder without forced induction and a very marginal gain from adding a header. If you are planning on doing FI then more thought should be put into the exhaust system.

 

i already have the agency power but i think it is too loud and cant stand it really. im thinking trd

 

you have the Ti exhaust?

if so, can you please post pictures from the rear so i can see the tilt or what not.

if so, you may have a buyer for your exhaust.

 

i just got hte sp2... if u dont like loud exhausts.. this is hte one man.. i had an Injen beforehand.. and ask anyone, the injen sound is amazing.. but this greddy.. its mighty impressive

i went with injen b/c i also have the injen CAI. I love the sound. but i suggest looking through the forums for some sound clips . . . b/c everyone has diff taste when it comes to sound

 

sp2 or PM axleback for quiet sound. i also suggest the Ark DT-S oem style catback. call ark and ask for ted. see if you can still get in on the sponsorship deal. it ended 2 days ago but maybe he'll let you. last i heard all the spots weren't filled yet.

I dont have a picture of my car with the Ti exhaust on it but here is a FM tC with the same exhaust. The tilt is very minimal, just a little above horizontal.

 

do you want an axle back or a cat back? buy mine its a better deal!!

sry not to kill the sale but just to advise eboard....the megan drift spec is quite possibly as loud as you can make an exhaust without running without an exhaust. it'll be a lot louder than your current man.

I love my HKS hi-power...Greddy also has that new titanium exhaust out...

 

get HKS, you won't ever regret it. If you ever end up getting headers or FI, HKS will still be the best. Least restrictive design. You may not like the look or the tilt, but sound is the most important thing so go HKS. You have a wide array of choices, so choose wisely.
