1st off, I'm a 2 year owner of a '05 xB. Love the car even with its peculiarities.

I found a company that makes dash mounts for ICE products. I bought a Garmin Nuvi 350 GPS device and wanted to install it without physically modding the dash by drillling or taping stuff down. KUDA USA http://www.kudausa.com makes mounts that don't look like dork attachments and actually seem to fit the decor of most if not all of their available car fittings.

The mount can be used for just about anything you want that can be handheld. Cell phones, radar detectors, PDAs, and for the ladies compact mirrors.

I checked and they have mounts for xB, xA and tC models.

I'll try to post pictures and notes on installation once I get the mounts I've ordered from them. I ordered 2 of them. One for the BOX and one for my 2K Nissan Quest. They cost about $60-$65 each which includes the additionally ordered Garmin mounting ball.
