played around with a spare headlight i had laying around...
so.. i ended up blackhousing the entire bezel. LOOKS HOT!
w/ stock sidemarker
with clear corners-
kinda put together loosely
this blackhousing looks sick. the eyelid is stock, no tinting of it whatsoever.
no real reason for this thread, i just thought the headlight looked cool

wasnt hard at all. only problem i had was a minor paint run in the hgih beam socket (visible in 3rd pic). baking is easy. 250 degrees for 10 minutes and pull apart.
corners = flourescent light fixture coverings. cut a rough shape, heat it up, bend it over the stock corner to get the shape, dremel the edges to get the shape perfect.

you did all that but still BOUGHT a pair of stock modded tails? you seem to have the common sense and ***** to do a tail mod, but where are ya lackin? the electronics? LOL

yeah, i think that when i redo my headlights i'm going to be doing this to them. the more i sit here and stare at the bezel sitting ont he bed, the more i'm impressed by it.
hmmmm.... blackhousing, clear corners, amber LED's wired into the eyelid (hooked to turn signal circuit), and then whelen strobes in the parking light and turn signal sockets. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
