Default Stock ECU Reflashing

Would anyone out in TC land be of any help to me? I am looking for information about reflashing the stock ECU for added performance and better throttle response. Is this possible without a piggyback. I have the equipment to reflash but do not have the software parameters. Any help?

I'm sure Toyota doesn't want to give out that information. My car isn't supercharged, but I still feel there is room for improvement.

I think you're on your own, as Toyota won't give out the base maps and I haven't heard of their code being cracked yet. If there's any good news, I'm sure someone will post it, if they haven't already done so elsewhere on the forum.

ZPI can do it for you. Just send them your ECU and they'll do the job and send it back to you ASAP. You might end up not driving your car for three days minimum though, so be prepared.

The only reflash available is for the Supercharger. Other than that,t he ECU has not been cracked by anyone.
So unless you are supercharged, getting it reflashed wont be beneficial to you.
(the equipment to reflash the ECU, is a $500 tool. You could get a piggyback for that price)

I actually manage a shop that has this equipment already and was just looking for someone with access to a perfomance map for this car. I have access to toyota data but most of it is for reflashing due to a TSB or malfunction in the ECM. I know this was a long shot but it was worth a try

related question:
i have the trd s/c and reflash. i have unhooked my battery during stereo install. the battery will be disconnected for approximately 5 days. will my reflash still be inside the ecu? this probably sounds dumb to y'all. sorry if it does. but i don't know if the ecu has its own battery inside for memory.... thx
