It bolts to either side of the rear axle torque box assembly and makes it stiffer,which eliminates some body roll. They work well.

^yes the point is to eliminate body roll. with the body roll the weight of the car shifts from side to side drastically making the car feel very unprdictable and give u that feeling like its gonna flip. the bar eliminates the roll making ur back end much more stable, responsive, and able to take harder corners.

^ That's pretty much it. As far as I'm concerned, it is the best thing that you can do to improve handling. It's inexpensive and easy to install. You don't need to be lowered, or have any other suspension mods to notice the difference.
