Hey everyone! I think it's time to upgrade the xB's speakers.

I've done a little research, and I think I want to run 6.5's in the doors and back, and 4" in the dash.

Now I need your help, for brands and what not.

I am looking to spend no more than $250.

plus enter ur car info and they send u all the brackets, factory speaker connectors, and instructions plus whatever else u need and free lifetime tech support.

 

crutchfield is hella expensive, id suggest you hustle a car audio shop. becuase the sales men make their own price and are paid commssion. Pioneer possibly gives you the best bang for the buck. I have components in the front and 5.25 in the rear. i didnt bother changing out the 4 inch tweeters in the dash.

Go to www.woofersetc.com and look at some of their sale items. CDT would be ideal but might be a little out of your price range.

I'll second the polk audio db series. I have the 6 1/2" components front and rear, and will be adding the db400s in the dash soon. My components are running on a 60x4 amp and are very loud.

Watch Crutchfield and they will run a buy one/get one 1/2 price special. That's when I bought mine. Or, as stated try to work something out with a local shop.
